Wheat free. A wholesome bread made only with wholegrain rye and wholegrain spelt. Spelt is an ancient grain from which modern wheats are derived, however it is not to be mistaken for commercial refined wheat. This loaf is “Low Gluten” and many people with intolerance find they can eat this bread without any issues. Even better eaten the next day and after, it keeps very well if stored in a cool, dry environment (ideally in a wooden bread bin or wrapped in a tea towel, this loaf doesn’t like long stays in plastic bags).
