Wheat-free. A wholesome bread made only with wholegrain rye and wholegrain spelt.  Spelt is an ancient grain from which modern wheats were derived, however it is not to be mistaken for commercial refined wheat. This loaf is “Low Gluten” and many people with intolerance find they can eat this bread without problems. Better eaten the next day and after, it keeps very well if stored in a cool & non-humid environment (best in a wooden bread bin or wrapped in a tea towel, doesn’t like long stays in plastic bags). Full flavour and full health benefits. NOTE: This loaf has now increased in size to a 1kg loaf to allow for a suitable sandwich profile slice.
