A true Gluten Free Sourdough bread with a nutty flavour and full of the goodness of multiple seeds and grains.
The ingredients of this gluten free bread are as follows - Organic unbleached flours - brown & white rice, buckwheat, millet, tapioca. Seeds - flax, seasame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, corn grits. Egg, rice milk, cider vinegar, xantham gum, olive oil, filtered water, natural leaven starter (brown rice flour base), unrefined natural New Zealand sea salt.
Development took 3 months. We were aiming for a bread that could be enjoyed by any bread consumer, not just those who need to avoid gluten. Flaveur Breads is very proud of this bread and hope you will enjoy it too.
