The ingredients of this gluten free bread are as follows - Organic unbleached flours - brown & white rice, buckwheat, millet, tapioca. Seeds - flax, seasame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, corn grits. Ground chia and linseed, cider vinegar, xantham gum, olive oil, filtered water, natural leaven starter (gluten free beer base), unrefined natural New Zealand sea salt.
We were aiming for a gluten free bread that could be enjoyed by any bread consumer, not just those who need to avoid gluten. We are very proud of this bread and hope you will enjoy it too.
