We are proud of this new addition to our Gluten Free range. These Buns are made from our Blonde recipe and are a perfect lunch roll or burger bun. They stay soft and freeze well. Stabilised with psylium husk gives these buns a light wholemeal texture and delicious flavour.
The ingredients are as follows - Organic unbleached flours - white rice, tapioca, stoneground corn. Egg, rice milk, cider vinegar, xantham gum, olive oil, filtered water, yeast and unrefined natural New Zealand sea salt.
Kids already love these. We hope you will enjoy them too.
