We are proud of this new addition to our gluten free bread range. The Gluten Free Blonde is our version of a white sandwich loaf. It stays soft, slices and freezes well. Stabilised with psylium husk gives this gluten free bread a light wholemeal texture and delicious flavour.
The ingredients are as follows - Organic unbleached flours - white rice, tapioca, stoneground corn. Egg, rice milk, cider vinegar, xantham gum, olive oil, filtered water, yeast and unrefined natural New Zealand sea salt.
Kids already love this gluten free bread and we hope you will enjoy it too.
